About the Role:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to cover a maternity leave within our Marine team. This is a fantastic opportunity to either kick-start your recruitment career or gain further experience by learning from some of the best in the industry, with clients ready for you to work with right from the start. Although this is a maternity cover position, it is a full-time, permanent role, and you will be transitioned to another desk within the team once the cover period concludes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the recruitment process from end to end, advancing strategies to find, attract, and hire experienced professionals in niche sectors.
