Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess suitability for current vacancies and client needs.
  • Build a strong network and craft engaging messages to attract top talent
  • Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Advertise vacancies effectively to ensure maximum visibility and reach.
  • Negotiate terms of business with clients, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Meet with clients regularly, with opportunities to travel across the UK and Europe to strengthen partnerships.

The Package:

Base Salary: £25,000 -£30,000 (dependent on experience).

Uncapped commission structure
