As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

· Become a market expert within your sector, allowing you to advise and consult your candidates and clients with your specialist market knowledge
· Engage with existing and new businesses
· Research and develop new business relationships
· Locate potential active and passive candidates
· Understand the needs of your clients and candidates
· Offer advice on the needs of your clients and candidates
· Be willing to work hard within a team of motivated and driven individuals

Commission:

You will enjoy the supportive and exciting environment of an ambitious and fast-growing employer along with top level basic salary and an uncapped commission structure.

We offer an excellent salary with a flat 25% commission on any temporary placements as well as up to 30% for any permanent placements made.
