Experience for the Delivery Lead:

  • Proven experience of leading a high-performance delivery team.
  • A successful background in technology recruitment in either a delivery or 360 capacity.
  • Ability to lead by example and create a culture of high performance for team members.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve aspirational targets.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for learning and self-development.
  • Accountable in a fast paced and challenging sales environment.

Responsibilities for the Delivery Lead:

  • Autonomously build, grow, and lead a high-performance Delivery Centre.
  • Work in partnership with our Client Solutions division to introduce candidates to a diverse portfolio of clients and technology roles.
  • Define, set and drive the team’s daily, weekly and monthly activity metrics.
  • Create a culture of accountability and a high level of standards within the team.
  • Incentivise personal development and growth for team members via incentives, initiatives and rewards, utilising a monthly social budget.
  • Motivate and track performance against probation and promotion criteria.
  • Ensure performance targets are clearly defined and communicated and performance management criteria implemented within the team.
  • Make proactive, independent decisions on growth and succession.
  • Leading from the front in terms of personal KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Ensure develop’s technology infrastructure is utilised properly to enhance team performance - including but not limited to Bullhorn CRM, Sourcebreaker, Cube19, LinkedIn Enterprise.
  • Use Cube19 for regular and thorough quality control and analysis of your team’s data and performance.
  • Responsible for hitting team forward sales and invoice revenue targets.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews and regular 1-2-1 and group training sessions.
  • Report to the Directors the performance and progress of the team.
  • Presenting back to the wider business your divisional performance.
  • Take a lead role in driving standards across the business as part of the leadership team.
