Do you have proven experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, and organisational development? Reed HR are collaborating with a key client in Brighton who is looking for a Workforce Planning Consultant to join their team on a short-term interim contract. You will work alongside an experienced Business Analyst on an exciting transformation project.
- Location: Remote OR Brighton/Hybrid (depending on candidate preference)
- Duration of contract: 4-6 weeks
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative and innovative approach to solving workforce planning challenges, focusing on practical and actionable solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of workforce management models, tools, and systems.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights.
