A Floating Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining seamless operations across multiple branches by covering for holidays, vacancies, and sickness. This position requires adaptability, leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.�? Role Overview As a Floating Branch Manager, you will - - Lead and manage branches temporarily, ensuring consistent performance and customer satisfaction- Motivate and inspire teams through daily meetings and coaching sessions- List properties and advise vendors to achieve optimal pricing and service - Stay informed about local market trends to maintain a reputation as a knowledgeable expert?? Compensation & Benefits
  • Basic Salary £30,000 (with guaranteed earnings for the initial 3–4 months.
  • On-Target Earnings £50,000–£60,000
  • Work Schedule 5 days per week, including alternate Saturday.
