Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact potential clients to understand their needs and explore opportunities for our services.
  • Use a mix of phone, email, and social media platforms like LinkedIn to connect with and engage our target audience.
  • Build rapport with business owners and senior management using a professional, confident, and friendly communication style.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify new leads and gather valuable market insights.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and share insights from client interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and efficient lead management.
  • Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and refine outreach strategies.
  • Will be full time in office based near Portsmouth


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Client Relationship Manager, Key Account Manager or similar would be advantageous.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems to build connections and manage leads effectively.
  • A keen interest in business development, sales, or marketing, with the drive to exceed targets and achieve measurable results.
