I am seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to join a dynamic double-glazing business based in Portsmouth! In this role, you’ll ensure the accurate processing of customer orders and support the smooth flow of operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing orders on the inhouse system
- Organisation and control of orders to ensure that each one is processed accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Dealing with customer enquiries, face to face, on the phone and via email
- Checking information with the Technical Department
- Dealing with suppliers on non-standard items
- Liaising closely with the Operations, Finance and Sales Teams throughout the life cycle of orders including dispatch.
- You will also be expected to support the team in other administrative duties as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- To be highly efficient and organised
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT and data entry skills
- The ability to manage a pressurised workload
