Original Talent Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a well known client in their search for an Accounts Assistant to join their team

You must have experience in a similar role, you do not need to hold AAT qualifications but someone who has experience in a Finance, Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable or Credit Control role is essential

Duties will include:

Deal with all accounts queries over the phone and via email
Match PO number to invoices to ensure accuracy on the system
Bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate client and account records
Identify discrepancies and rectify
Process invoices
Work on a global scale, working with other currencies
Process company payment runs

Ideally you will:

Have experience in a similar role
Be used to working in a fast paced role
Be a self starter
Excellent communication skills
