Job Advert: Full-Time Cover Supervisor - Portsmouth (ASAP Start)

Are you a confident, adaptable individual with a passion for education? We are seeking a full-time Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant secondary school in Portsmouth. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a dynamic educational environment, making a real difference in students' learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that students remain engaged and on task.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
  • Support students with their learning as needed and address any queries.
