About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Instructor to join a vibrant, dynamic, and ambitious school in the Portsmouth. The successful candidate will inspire and motivate students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for Maths and promoting high standards of achievement. This role offers the opportunity to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative Maths Lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners up to across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
  • Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
  • Contribute to the wider college community through extracurricular activities and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback to students and parents.

As a Maths Instructor, you will ideally have:

  • A degree or higher in a relevant subject discipline.
  • Proven experience teaching / delivering Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
