We are working alongside a vibrant secondary school who are seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their school in January 2025! The school is located on the outskirts of Portsmouth. This will be a full-time position on a long-term supply contract. It will intially be for 1 term with the potential to go permanent through the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in science to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
  • Plan, assess, and monitor student progress to ensure high standards of learning.
  • Inspire a passion for science and foster curiosity in students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Degree in Science or a related subject.
  • Experience teaching secondary school science.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Must have a right to work in the UK.
