Position: Secondary Teaching Assistant
Salary Range: £12.82 per hour
Location: Hampshire
Start Date: January 2025
Working Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

The ideal Teaching Assistant candidate will possess relevant experience, eager to work with children who are struggling and genuine love for them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in classroom activities, collaborating with teachers to enhance the learning experience for primary school students.
- Focus on providing personalised support to students
- Play a pivotal role in creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere, actively promoting positive behaviour, and contributing to the development of a supportive school community.
- Contribute to the organisation and preparation of teaching materials, ensuring that the classroom is well-equipped to facilitate effective learning—a fundamental aspect of the Academic Support Assistant's role in a primary school setting.
- Work closely with teaching staff and fellow Learning Support Assistants, fostering a collaborative spirit that enriches the educational environment
- Ability to support students of key stage 2 one to one, especially the ones with SEN needs.
