Behaviour Support Assistant – Secondary School in Portsmouth

The Role:

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of student support—encouraging positive choices, building resilience, and helping students achieve their full potential. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting students with their behaviour and emotional development on a 1:1 and small group basis
