We’re excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Behaviour Support Assistant at a vibrant secondary school in Portsmouth.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic and fulfilling role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. You’ll play a crucial part in supporting students, whether:
- Working directly within the Behaviour Unit.
- Being on call across the school to assist students wherever needed.
Many of the students you’ll work with require Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) support, often due to challenging backgrounds or home lives. Your resilience, patience, and genuine passion for education will be key to helping them thrive.
We’re seeking individuals who are:
- Experienced in schools or have transferable skills from roles such as youth work or support work.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact.
- Able to work full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:15 pm).
