An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wellbeing Advisor to join a leading Healthcare Company. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and salary Up to £32,000 for 37.5 hours work week.

As a Wellbeing Advisor, you will be reporting to a Senior Wellbeing Physiologist and support the delivery of musculoskeletal and health coaching programs on-site.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conduct lifestyle assessments and provide tailored, evidence-based advice.
  • Develop action plans, set goals, and support patients in managing chronic conditions.
  • Deliver exercise sessions and use specialised equipment for clinical tests.
  • Analyse clinical data, assess risks, and escalate to GPs or OH practitioners as needed.
  • Support workshops, webinars, and design health promotion campaigns.
  • Act as a health role model and promote a culture prioritising wellbeing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and ensure patient confidentiality.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Wellbeing Advisor, Occupational Health Advisor, Health & Wellbeing Advisor, Health & Wellbeing Coach or in a similar role.
  • Possess physiology experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in Sports Science.
  • Experience in delivering health assessments and providing tailored wellbeing advice.
  • Background in setting goals, coaching individuals, and promoting sustainable lifestyle changes.
  • Ability to use specialised equipment for physiological tests and interpret clinical data.
  • Strong knowledge of health and wellbeing strategies and evidence-based interventions.
