**Oracle Fusion Developer - £50-55K base + benefits - Portsmouth (hybrid)**

We are looking for an experienced Fusion Developer to join one of our clients within their Fusion Support Team. You will provide expert technical design, support and development capability for Fusion modules (HCM, Procurement and Financials), OIC including Integrations, VBCS forms, Apex reporting on the EBS Archive database, OTBI and BI Publisher.

This role is based in Portsmouth City Centre and is hybrid - 2 days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical design, support and development capability for Fusion modules (HCM, Procurement and Financials), OIC including Integrations, VBCS forms, Apex reporting on our EBS Archive database, OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Participation in daily Triage meetings with Subject Matter Experts, key business users and FST colleagues to review and prioritise system incidents, development requests and upgrade testing.
  • To provide expert technical support of Oracle Cloud Fusion and associated systems to ensure our client and external organisations can undertake business operations and support strategic and legislative objectives.
  • Full understanding of business operations and anticipate evolving business needs
  • You will be one of the key technical leads on the Fusion Support Team (FST) driven projects or developments, working closely with FST colleagues, stakeholders and external contractors.
  • You will produce and operate clear project plans, manage contractor access, lead the projects and manage project deliverables against agreed targets.
  • Undertake business impact analysis of all Oracle upgrades from a technical perspective, delivering clear reports to SMEs and agreeing clear and effective test plans for upgrades or developments.

Key skills and experience:

You must have experience of using Oracle Fusion and OIC technologies and software encompassing system configuration and implementation, support and development activities. This will include,

  • Fusion applications across ERP and HCM including system administration
  • SQL / PLSQ
  • Spreadsheet loaders / HDL
  • Oracle Integration Cloud integrations and VBCS form / System Administration (Experience of Gen3 and Redwood would be an advantage)
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and system administration
  • BI Publisher
  • OTBI / Cloud Analytics
  • Apex / System Administration
  • XML
  • High level of skill with standard Microsoft applications such as Word, Access and Excel
  • A breadth and depth of knowledge relating to database structures.
  • Good knowledge of other related tools and technologies, such as JavaScript, REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTML 5, CSS and Oracle Java Extension Toolkit.
  • Have a full understanding of GDPR and managing personal or sensitive data in an IT environment. You should also understand and have an ability to configure Data and Functional Security
  • Experienced in end-to-end project delivery and the associated implementation methodologies and documentation, including change control procedures.
