Salary Range: Up to £60,000

Overview: We are looking for a Server Support Engineer to manage customer environments, ensuring infrastructure functions as expected. The role involves troubleshooting, project support, and system administration for Windows, Linux, VMware, and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve customer tickets, ensuring SLAs are met.

Monitor infrastructure, identify issues, and recommend improvements.

Design and implement solutions for projects.

Administer and configure operating systems and virtualization environments.

Automate tasks with scripting, ensuring data security and system integrity.

Support security efforts, including patching and vulnerability management.

Maintain accurate asset documentation and ensure effective change control.
Technologies:

Dell PowerEdge, PowerStore, PowerScale

VMware or Hyper-V

Windows & Linux
Requirements:

Strong experience in IT infrastructure, including virtualization and cloud.

Expertise in Windows/Linux administration.

Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash).

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft MCSE, AWS Cloud Practitioner) preferred.
