Software Engineer Opportunity at a Leading Aerospace Company

Are you a talented Software Engineer looking to join a dynamic and innovative team? This company is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to contribute to the development of a cutting-edge management system for a new satellite project.

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing features within an agile environment. You will work closely with a 7-member Scrum team to deliver high-quality code and collaborate on all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop code using Java Core (version 8+), Spring Boot, and Spring Framework
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Utilize software design patterns and distributed systems knowledge
- Participate in Agile development processes, including task estimation and sprint planning
- Contribute to the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) delivery pipeline
- Leverage source code management tools, such as Git, and issue tracking systems like Jira

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficient in Java Core (version 8+), Spring Boot, and Spring Framework
- Experience in developing within a microservices architecture and working with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of software design patterns and distributed systems
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and interact with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
