- Developing and implementing group procurement strategies for cost reduction initiatives
- Supplier sourcing, SRM, performance management and risk assessments
- Perform market analysis and cost-benefit analyses for strategic sourcing decisions
- Continuous procurement improvements and developing risk mitigation strategies
What you'll need to succeed
- 8-10 years hands-on experience in Procurement including 3+ years in managing global, regional or multi-sites
- Proven track record of strategic cost down initiatives, competitive tendering and contract negotiations
- Strong analytical abilities in data modelling, demand forecasting, and inventory optimisation and digital transformation tools
- People management experience of direct reports
