The Role:As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of a group of stores within your region. Your main focus will be driving sales, achieving operational targets, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. You will lead and develop a team of Store Managers, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and empowered to deliver the best results. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a group of stores, driving the achievement of sales targets and operational goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to enhance team performance and store productivity.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Ensure stores are consistently meeting company standards for visual merchandising, customer service, and health & safety.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory control, and effective replenishment strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs to assess store performance and implement action plans to achieve results.
  • Foster a positive working culture, ensuring your teams feel supported and motivated to succeed.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Area Manager or multi-site manager within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams.
  • A results-driven approach, with a track record of achieving operational and sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of retail operations and financials.
