- Working within a busy transport office
- Managing the transportation of goods to specialist areas
- Route and load planning
- Scheduling drivers routes
- Client liaison- ensuring that the customer’s request are met and updates should any issues arise
- Driver liaison- liaising regularly with the drivers to ensure the smooth delivery of goods within agreed time frames, managing any issues that arise
- Administration to ensure accurate information
- Will have worked within Transport and Logistics previously
- Will ideally have some experience of planning routes although this can be taught
- Will have excellent communications skills
- Will be very organised
- Will have good administration skills and experience
- Will have a good geographical knowledge of Hampshire
- Will be flexible and adaptable to change
