Programme Manager - Electric Vehicle
The Programme Manager, reporting into the Transport Planning Manager, will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (EVI) work programme working directly to the Programme Director (Transport Planning Manager).
As programme manager and working closely with members of the EVI team, you will establish work streams, resource needs and financial requirements. 聽You will work with colleagues across the council and bring in external expertise (consultants) as required to support on legal, procurement, resourcing and technical matters.
You will help a develop strategy for success and map out activities, initiate work streams, monitor and report progress concentrating on:
路Developing and maintaining the capital programme from PIDS and latest PM docs etc.
路Highlighting programme issues through the EVI Programme Board & Transport Delivery Steering Group, including delays, constraints, conflicts etc.
路Reporting to external funders - e.g. OZEV on M&E, KPIs etc;
路Ensuring main key issues and risks are identified, managed and reported.
Previous experience in Transport is essential for this role.
