Facilities Assistant

Our client is growing and we are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to look after a fantastic student site in Portsmouth. You will need a maintenance background, to keep the sites compliant, safe and well-maintained!

To contribute to the student experience through the provision of repairs & maintenance, decoration, cyclical maintenance and supervision & planning of works carried out by external contractors.

The role

You will be fulfilling compliance tests and checks to reactive maintenance for 256-bed student accommodation. It will be in lived-in accommodation, so will be working in rooms/flats that have students living in.

• Full-time hours (9:30am - 5:30pm)
• Competitive hourly rate (£14.87)
• 4 - 6 weeks of consistent work
