Position: Trainee Transport Administrator
Location: Portsmouth (Hilsea) Office-Based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary: £25,000 - £25,875

Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support.
Manage schedules, appointments, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Oversee driver compliance, including licenses and Tacho documentation.
Handle fleet management tasks, such as scheduling MOTs, services, and repairs.
Support the busy Transport team with varied office duties.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A keen interest in Transport and Logistics.
Strong administrative skills and prior administration experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Good communication and adaptability skills.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
