The role requires a fully qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and a current UK driving licence.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30, with one in three Saturdays from 08:00 to 13:00.
Typical duties include servicing and repairs, MOT testing, and performing diagnostic testing to identify vehicle faults.
Candidates should be dedicated and passionate about their work, and must possess their own Vehicle Technician tools.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a Prestige Dealership located in Portsmouth.Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.The ideal Motor Trade Vehicle Technician will be fully qualified and experienced within the Vehicle Technician role.Typical Duties as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic include but are not limited to:

Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
MOT Testing
Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic Requirements:

A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
Dedicated and committed approach.

The salary of this Vehicle Technician role is based on the following:

Master Technician Salary: £40,934 – £59,330 annually
Diagnostic Technician Salary: £36,608 – £55,004 annually
Service Technician Salary: £32,282 – £50,678 annually
Bonus Potential: Up to £18,396 annually
