Business Administrator - Job Opportunity

My client is a leading charity supporting active service personnel, veterans their families. They are looking for an exceptional Business Administrator to join their team to support the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Business Operations and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Manage administrative tasks including document control, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting documents, take minutes, and coordinate logistics.
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring professional communication.
  • Support governance, charity events, and stakeholder relationships.

Location: Portsmouth (Hybrid - 60% Office / 40% Home)
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Requirements:

  • Proven administration experience in a busy office environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
