About the Role

  • Position: Maintenance Technician
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule:
    • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
    • Friday: 08:00 - 12:00 (early finish!)
  • Pay Rate: 18-25 per hour, based on experience


What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a technician role within a manufacturing industry.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency with semi-automated machines using PLC, electrical, and pneumatic controls.
    • Ability to fault-find, repair, and prevent issues through planned maintenance.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles and practical applications.
  • Mindset: A can-do attitude and enthusiasm to jump straight into the role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize production equipment to meet targets.
  • Develop and document technical procedures, including TPM schedules.
  • Manage and perform tasks under the Planned Maintenance system.
  • Calibrate production equipment and service gas regulators.
  • Ensure adequate spare parts are available for quick responses to component failures.
