Void Repairs Supervisor
Must have the ability to work between multiple jobs and organise a small team of staff and subcontractors.
Must have excellent working knowledge of the social housing environment and experience of voids would be an advantage.
General duties include:
- Supervision of voids property upgrades
- Kitchen and bathroom installations
- H&S management in compliance with company policy & documentation.
- Quality checks and related surveys
- Working with project managers to organise materials and labour resources and sub contractors.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Confident communication skills
- Well organised.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with the drive and focus to deliver results.
- Health & Safety Qualification- IOSH, SSSTS or similar advantageous.
- Forward thinking pro-active approach.
