Your New RoleAs a Welding Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to young learners, apprentices, and corporate clients. Your duties will include:

Teaching and mentoring individuals in practical welding skills.

Developing and preparing appropriate schemes of work and lesson plans.

Planning, preparing, and conducting assessments of competence against awarding body standards.

Ensuring all relevant training and assessment documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Providing advice, guidance, and support to corporate clients.

Ensuring immediate reporting of accidents and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Level 3 Engineering Qualification
-
Extensive welding experience gained in industry

Level 2 literacy and numeracy

Strong communication and presentation skills

Full driving licence and access to own vehicle (highly desirable)
- NVQ/QCF Assessor qualification or teaching qualification (desirable)
