You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, implementing robust internal controls, and providing strategic insights to drive business performance.Key Responsibilities:* Lead the financial accounting function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.* Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple entities.* Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance to support decision-making.* Collaborate with department heads to develop and track departmental budgets and forecasts.* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.* Oversee external audits and tax filings, liaising with auditors and tax advisors as necessary.* Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.About You:* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
