- Collaborate with the Finance Manager and Systems Team to migrate accounts onto the group's finance system.
- Create detailed process documentation and identify opportunities to enhance management accounting and payment calculation processes.
- Work with payroll and sales ledger teams to standardise processes and bring them in-house.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
- Deliver insightful commentary on financial performance to senior stakeholders.
- Develop monthly cashflows, annual budgets, and forecasts.
- Line manage a part-time Finance Assistant.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with operational finance teams to streamline processes.
- Part-qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Proficient in Excel (Intermediate) and strong overall system skills.
- Experience with systems migration and data management.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative.
