Job Title:Finance Assistant
Location:Potters Bar, Hertfordshire
Company:Property maintenance company
Working Hours:3 days per week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
The selected candidate will initially work on a temporary basis for 12 weeks. After this period, they will be offered a full-time PAYE position with an annual salary of £15,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve internal and external queries
- Post payments & receipts from cashbook
- Handle bank reconciliations, posting, and balancing
- Manage payments within the banking system
- Chase suppliers for invoices and allocate payments
- Provide reports on debtors and creditors
- Post vehicle expense invoices and allocate costs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar roleor as a Finance Assistant is required.
Immediate starts available
The selected candidate will be paid weekly, one week in arrears for the first 12 weeks.
