Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and providing support to various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficient operation.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, and directing them as necessary.
- Maintaining office filing systems and databases, ensuring information is easily accessible.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for team members.
- Preparing and processing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting with accounts and basic bookkeeping, including invoice processing and tracking expenses.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and other logistics for staff.
- Managing office communications and supporting team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in an office administrative role is preferred.
