Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and providing support to various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficient operation.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, and directing them as necessary.
  • Maintaining office filing systems and databases, ensuring information is easily accessible.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for team members.
  • Preparing and processing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assisting with accounts and basic bookkeeping, including invoice processing and tracking expenses.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and other logistics for staff.
  • Managing office communications and supporting team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
