We are currently working on behalf of awell-established Gas and Heating Clientwho are currently hiringCall Centre Agents/Administrators who will be based in their Potters Bar Office.
Please note this role is on a temp to perm basis, after 12 weeks the suitable candidate will be offered a PAYE Permanent role
Role Details:
- Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Hourly Rate:£14.86 per hour (weekly pay through Umbrella for first 12 weeks)
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Scheduling
- Efficiently book and plan maintenance jobs
- General Administration
- Upload data onto the company system.
- Handle filing and scanning tasks
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Liaise with tenantsto ensure they are informed about updates.
- Social Housing Interaction
- Deal with social housing tenants professionally and courteously.
Requirements:
- Experience:A minimum of1yearsin the UKs administrative sector/Customer Service Sector.
- Organisational Skills:Exceptional organisational abilities.
- Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills.
