We are currently recruiting a School Chef for our client based in the the Hertfordshire area. Ideal candidate will have gained good experience of working in a school, commercial kitchen assisting, preparing and presenting a wide range of foods.
Start time form 07.30am - 2pmSalary £26k pro rata
School Chef• Duties will include preparing and cooking nutritious balanced meals for children and staff.• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen• Engage with children and staff to promote healthy eating habits• Plan menus in collaboration with the Catering Team within budget; adhering to the school's food policy.• Shift pattern Monday - Friday during term time
