Berry Recruitment are looking for a Sous Chef for our client in Potters Bar!
The position will be working within a care facility for young people, the role will include -
- Assisting the head chef with all cooking.
- When the head chef is away you will be in charge of the kitchen and the kitchen team.
- Preparing a variety of lunches and dinner, including hot and cold food.
- Being able to manage and lead the team when needed
- Variety of working hours, normally starting at 09:00 and finishing no later than 19:00
- Checking all meals are done to a good standard.
- Paying between 15.00 - 18.00 per hour
- Minimum 4 days a week
- IDEAL HAVE AN ENHANCED DBS
- Level 2 Food Certificate
My client will be looking for people who can commit to a two day trial ideally from Monday 17th June, if you like the role and are able to start you will be able to start straight away.
