  • Manage and develop your team to achieve protection business objectives and targets
  • Act as an escalation point for the sales team and represent distribution within the Protection business
  • Build senior relationships with distribution partners to support strategic goals
  • Provide leadership and foster a culture aligned with values, enhancing team performance
  • Monitor team activity and address issues to ensure compliance with standards
  • Oversee training plans and collaborate with the Head of Sales on team targets and incentive structures

About you:

  • Strong understanding of the protection market with technical knowledge of products, legislation, and terms
  • Proven ability to develop team skills through coaching, mentoring, and providing growth opportunities
  • Sales management experience with a strong commercial focus and relationship-building skills
  • Completed a GR1 qualification, or FPC 1&2 and RO5 certifications
