This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled Building Surveyor with a passion for party wall matters, who thrives in a collaborative and personable environment that values individual contributions.

The Building Surveyor's Role

As a Building Surveyor, you will take on a variety of professional services, with a particular focus on party wall matters. You'll work across a diverse range of properties, including residential, commercial, and heritage buildings, offering you an exciting and varied workload.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a full range of general practice building surveying services.
  • Delivering party wall services for a variety of projects and clients.
  • Cultivating and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Offering expert advice and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

The Ideal Building Surveyor Will Have

  • MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • A RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying.
  • Extensive party wall experience (essential).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.
