Role:-Site Services Engineer- Passive Fire Protection (Regional) Location:-West London & remote workingSalary :-Up to £48,000 basic salary, company car/car allowance, £2500 london weighting (if within M25 zone), 24 days annual leave plus BH (plus 1 additional day after 2 years), Private Health, 24/7 GP access, discretionary bonus scheme, enhanced company pension, Employee assistance programme, free onsite EV charging & eye care support Our client is seeking an experience Senior Site Services Engineer who has previous experience within the passive fire protection market to join their business, they have recently been ranked one of the Sunday Times best places to work.Responsibilities • Lead a team of engineers, ensuring inspection of installed fire protection systems adhering to the industry standards such as ISO 29993.• Hands on inspection from time to time• Overseeing the data analysis and KPIs to drive continuous improvement, track inspection results and generate reports.• Provide guidance, support and training to the team to ensure adherence to inspection protocols.• Ensure processes are clearly defined.• Conduct detailed inspections of installed passive fire protection systems in line with relevant standards and specifications. • Recommend corrective actions and collaborate with stakeholders.• Maintain a quality assurance program to ensure consistency and accuracy in inspection processes. • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address any concerns and continuous enhance the methods of inspection. As well as preparing detailed reports highlighting compliance status and improvement opportunities.• Stay up to date with passive fire protection regulations, codes and best practice.The Person• Previous experience and knowledge of the passive fire protection industry• Previous inspection report writing and physically inspecting passive fire protection systems.• Experience of leading a team or managing people • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from the data found • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.• Ability to adapt to change- for example adapting to changes in regulations and standards.• Continuous improvement mindset.Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
