A client of mine is looking for an Administrator to join their team in their Dartford office or Potters Bar office.

This is a ongoing contract offering: 14.00 per hour with the opportunity to go permanent.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 17:00pm in the office.

(Hybrid working available in the future).

Training will be for 4 weeks in their South Mimms office.

MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE.

Duties include:
  • Maintaining accurate records of road space bookings using NOMS and NEMS systems.
  • Input cone times and cancellations in relevant systems.
  • Assist with the tracking and management of Time Scale Waivers (TSW) documentation and associated change control processes
  • Monitor and maintain the Road Space inbox, answering emails and escalating queries as required.
  • Assist with the processing of permits.
  • Managing complaints.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
  • Graduate experience
  • Knowledge of the construction industry
  • Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and within a fast-paced environment.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining data.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications as well as experience with managing and maintaining data.
