- Respond to customer enquiries promptly via email or telephone.
- Produce accurate quotes based on customer enquiries.
- Schedule timeslots for customer removals and send out confirmation details.
- Carry out service reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
