Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to Construction Director & 9-Month Maternity Leave Cover
Location: North London/Herts border (office based)
Salary: 35k (FTC)

Our client, a well-established privately owned housebuilder, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to provide maternity leave cover for their Construction Director and management team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Construction Director, Contracts Managers, Site Managers, and Customer Services Manager
  • Manage the Construction Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed
  • Produce and issue weekly Progress Reports and monthly Build Programme updates
  • Oversee and manage the Construction, Compliance, and personal inboxes
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance certificates are received and keep relevant trackers updated
  • Maintain and update NHBC portal data on a weekly basis
  • Assist with registering new sites and organizing safety inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • Track incident/accident reports and monitor holiday requests for the team
  • Facilitate smooth handovers by liaising with Housing Associations (HAs), Building Control, Solicitors, and Management Companies

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
