About Us:
Libtek is a leader in renewable energy solutions, specializing in eco-friendly heating systems. We are committed to delivering high-quality installations and exceptional customer service, helping our clients transition to sustainable heating options.
We are looking for experienced heating engineers, plumbers and improvers to join our team working in Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. Experience in heat pump installations being an advantage but not essential as training can be provided. The person we are looking for will have high standards in their quality of work and professionalism whilst being able to represent the companys values of care and consideration for every customer.
The role will involve installation and maintenance of domestic heating systems as part of a team with support and assistance from senior colleagues and management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Install and maintain a range of heat pumps.
Collaborate with clients to assess their heating needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Bring a can-do attitude to overcome everyday obstacles on the job.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
**Requirements:**
Relevant experience in heating installation.
A strong interest in renewable energy and heating technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ in plumbing and heating, City & Guilds etc).
Full driving license

Competitive basic salary £42-50k
Monday Friday 8am-5pm
