Job Purpose

A great opportunity to join our busy People Services team, where you will work together with your peers to be the first point of contact for all people-related queries for our UK and IOM colleagues.

This is an entry level position and suitable for a recent HR based graduate or someone from a customer services background seeking an HR career.

Key Accountabilities

The day-to-day role of a People Coordinator includes supporting and guiding colleagues with a range of queries relating to the full employee lifecycle, facilitating, and processing transactions in the system to ensure colleague records are accurately maintained and colleagues are paid correctly and supporting the wider People Strategy team on projects and initiatives to deliver our business objectives.

Desired Knowledge / Experience / Skills

• Strong PC skills - Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook• Excellent customer focus including • Excellent telephone manner and ability to establish credibility and rapport with employees and managers at all levels• Ability to craft accurate and clear email replies in response to email enquiries• Ability to work at a fast pace and manage changing priorities and varied tasks whilst being organised• Ability to work as part of a team and have a flexible approach to facilitate the team priorities• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to manage own workload. • Positive "can do" attitude and curiosity to make improvements
