A leading organisation is looking for a personable and driven Business Analyst to join its expanding team, based in North London. Please note this role is office based – you will work from the office in Potters Bar 5 days per week.    

As the Project Manager you will support, administer and enhance IT applications, ensuring that a smooth and efficient service is provided to the business. You will lead system design, development and release processes and maintain the project roadmap.

Working as an integral part of the internal technology team, you will be the main conduit for interaction between the IT department and key stakeholders to identify a continuous improvement programme for software applications and systems, improving performance, efficiency, functionality and business utility. You will establish and improve service delivery levels for both current and future systems, applications and products.

In order to be suitable for this role you must be an excellent communicator with proven experience of supporting software applications in an agile environment and show solid experience across the full software development lifecycle.
