Join Our Team as a 2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst!A 2nd/3rd Line Engineer Support Analyst position has become available in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment! We are an expanding IT and Communications solutions provider based in Potters Bar, delivering bespoke services to businesses across the UK. Our expertise spans cloud computing, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and unified communications.We are seeking a talented 2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst to join our dedicated Service Desk team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with innovative technologies, support diverse customer environments, and mentor 1st Line Engineers, with potential pathways to leadership roles.As the 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues efficiently, managing escalated tickets, and performing advanced troubleshooting across a range of technologies, including cloud solutions, networking, and Microsoft 365. You’ll play a key part in maintaining customer environments, mentoring 1st Line Engineers, and collaborating with third-party vendors to optimise solutions. Additionally, you’ll perform regular operational checks and contribute to process improvements within the Service Desk team, with opportunities to progress into leadership roles. Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Recognised IT certifications (e.g., MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA).
  • Solid experience in 2nd/3rd Line Support roles, with strong troubleshooting skills across Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of ConnectWise application stack (RMM, Manage, ITBoost).
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • A logical and methodical approach to problem-solving under pressure.
 Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Azure configuration and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, cloud telephony systems, security solutions, and virtualisation platforms like VMware.
  • Familiarity with macOS environments and hardware troubleshooting.
