- Knowledge of ConnectWise application stack (RMM, Manage, ITBoost).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.
- A logical and methodical approach to problem-solving under pressure.
- Experience with Azure configuration and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, cloud telephony systems, security solutions, and virtualisation platforms like VMware.
- Familiarity with macOS environments and hardware troubleshooting.
