A large multinational business is looking for a personable and driven IT Support Analyst with proven mobile device management experience to join its expanding team, based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Please note this is an office-based role and therefore the chosen candidate is required to be in the office 5 days per week. ? ? As an IT Support Analyst, you provide 1st and 2nd line user support in a Windows environment and also provide a proactive support service for 2,000 mobile devices and fixed line telephones.  Â
You will be responsible for mobile and fixed telephony administration, including configuring devices and MDM system management. You will liaise with 3 rd party vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and roll out new mobile services. In addition to this, you will also be involved with day-to-day IT support, so Windows OS and Active Directory support experience would be highly advantageous to your application.This is an excellent opportunity for a proven IT professional to join a highly successful company that offers a clearly defined career path.Â
