A large multinational business is looking for a personable and driven IT Support Engineer with proven mobile device management experience to join its expanding team, based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Please note this is an office-based role and therefore the chosen candidate is required to be in the office 5 days per week. ? ? As an IT & Telecoms Support Engineer, you will provide a proactive support service for 2,000 mobile devices and fixed line telephony systems, while also being involved in traditional 1 st and 2 nd line IT support in a Windows environment.   

You will be responsible for mobile and fixed telephony administration, including configuring devices and MDM system management. You will liaise with 3 rd party vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and roll out new mobile services.
