Please note this is an office-based role and therefore the chosen candidate is required to be in the office 5 days per week. ? ? As a Telecoms Support Engineer, you will provide a proactive support service for 2,000 mobile devices and fixed line telephony systems. You will be responsible for mobile and fixed telephony administration, including configuring devices and MDM system management.
